Subscriptions

GenoTool offers several subscription plans to fit your needs, from individual use to large team collaboration.

Available Plans

Plan Description
Personal Full-featured plan for individual use. Includes Key Person and Person Groups features.
Small Team For small teams collaborating on genograms. Includes all Personal features plus team member support.
Large Team For larger organizations. Includes all Small Team features plus child teams (sub-teams) and higher limits for users and drawings.

Billing Intervals

Paid plans are available with two billing options:

  • Monthly - Billed every month.
  • Yearly - Billed once per year at a discounted rate.

Trial Period

New teams receive a trial period to explore GenoTool's features before committing to a paid plan. During the trial, you have access to the full feature set.

Subscribing to a Plan

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner.
  2. Select your team.
  3. Navigate to the subscription section.
  4. Choose your desired plan and billing interval.
  5. Complete the checkout process.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher plan:

  1. Go to your team's subscription page.
  2. Select the new plan.
  3. Complete the checkout. The change takes effect immediately.

Cancelling Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel, follow the steps in Cancel Subscription. After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the current billing period ends.
